Ria: even if you " binge " or eat til full, stick to the healthy stuff (not

the junk food) and you'll still be better off than the typical SAD person.

Micky sticks to fruit or other " good " sustenance for his binges. And

although he's gained a few pounds, he's still probably eating fewer calories

than the typical binger whose preferences are burgers and fries, Pizza, or

other such high caloric overeating.
