Guest guest
It would help if folks quit calling fructose in a general category of sugar. Why do I never hear "refined fructose" but I do hear "refined sugar"? I don't understand the high fructose being "sweeter" when I can sweeten my tea with 2 tsps (1/3 oz = 38 kcals) of sucrose and a coke uses 100 kcals of corn for 8 oz. I also don't understand "doesn't cause the secretion of insulin". It does something right away. Regards. ----- Original Message ----- From: Francesca Skelton support group Sent: Wednesday, March 12, 2003 4:26 PM Subject: [ ] good article on high fructose corn syrup evils http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A8003-2003Mar10.html
