Having determined the amount of protein I require at my set point

weight, do I aim to maintain this level of protein intake as I lose

weight or do I reduce the amount of protein consumed in step with my

weight decreases?

I've asked that many times and never got a good answer. What I do is plan the lower weight in small changes like 10 pounds. And lose slowly. That's just me. Sherm's formula seems to negate that approach.
