Guest guest
(Previously posted on CrSociety) Previous year's results (Dec 17 2001): age: 36; height: 178cm; total weight: 83.3Kg; fat weight: 6.1Kg; Lean weight: 77.1Kg; percent fat: 7.4%. BMI: 26.3 This year's results (Dec 29 2002): age: 37; height: 178cm; total weight: 77.8Kg; fat weight: 3.2Kg; Lean weight: 74.6Kg; percent fat: 4.1%. BMI: 24.6 So during the last 12 months I lost 2.9Kg of fat and 2.5Kg of lean mass. The small LBM loss is quite surprising; maybe due to high protein diet and targeted workouts? Quite obviously, I cannot possibly lose any more substantial fat mass, since I only have 3.2Kg of it. So lean mass will have to unfortunately go away :-( BTW, normalizing my body fat percentage to a non-muscular CRONie, that weighs say 64Kg, yields 5% body fat (3.2 out of 64), which is Walford's lower limit recommendation. Does it really make sense to lose all of this lean mass? Micky.
