Guest guest Posted April 18, 2006 Report Share Posted April 18, 2006 Hi there, I've been making a variation of the egg drink that's really good for dinner when I come home too late or too tired to cook. I use 4 eggs, 4 tbs of butter, 4 tbs coconut oil, stevia, and 2 cups water -- and whatever kind of flavoring I'm in the mood for. I've had a lot of work lately, so I make it in the morning and leave it in the frig all day. It's really thick when I get home, and I eat the fat layer off the top -- it's like ice cream -- and drink the rest. It has so much fat in it that it tides me over until breakfast.
