Hi ! A hearty welcome!

I walk just about every day and do some strength training every other day.

As you can see, I'm no exercise fanatic; however we have some very

knowledgeable and serious exercisers in the group, and who no doubt will

be answering your questions.

IMO theoretically the best excercise should be that which takes less cal.
