Let me tell you it's still in my strong opinion turn to CR was my best decision! As i become more experienced in CR i'd like to develop that excercises which are fully harmonize with CR. IMO theoretically the best excercise should be that which takes less cal. consumption plus can deliver fresh oxigen into each cells of our body and generates increased metabolism for each cells. If this true we have to take care beside of our muscules with our brain and the nervous system also! Used to i run 3 miles 4 times a week plus a 40 minutes various excercises daily. I've burnt 300 cal daily by this way. I gave it up last yr. I don't want to burn so much. The existing questions are: What is the optimal or minimal cal level we should burn by excercises? Which excercises can give us the minimal cal burn with maximal longevity effects? Is it the Yoga? What is the best for the body and for the brain and the nervous system?
