Hi Ferenci,

How do you FEEL since you quit exercising? Maybe the answer to your question lies therein.

Yoga is excellent, and in fact Dr. Walford's daughter is a world-reknown yoga instructor. I take that as a pretty good endorsement for doing yoga on CRON.

I regularly lift weights and either run or ride a spin-style bike. I do stretches for flexibility too. Like you, this adds about 300 calories a day to my CRON regimen, but for me it is worth it. It's good for my bones, good for my muscles, good for my joints, good for my attitude, good for accident-prevention, good for my heart, and good for my self-esteem. That's a lot of bang for 300 calories, don't you think? (I also feel safer in dark alleys.)
