Nyeh neh neh neh neh! MY insurance company approved me for TWICE as

many days as yours! Jeri

predetermination of benefits letter and they have approved me for 1 day

in the hospital!!! Can you believe it???? I swear this insurance

process makes you want to just throw up your hands and say forget it!
