5'10, 190lbs. How much do I need to lose??

Hi. I'm 28 years old and I'm hovering right around 190lbs at 5'10 "

tall. I feel like I should lose at least 20lbs, but am struggling

with it. Anyone have advice for getting rid of 20lbs or so? I do

eat pretty healthy. I'm a vegetarian mainly with the occational fish

meal. I am a beer drinker, so maybe that's my problem?? As far as

excersize, I usually walk around 15-30 minutes a day.

Any advice? I'm getting frustrated!
