Guest guest
It sounds to me like you've finally got things moving out. This can last a couple of days, but, you could in this case do enemas to work at flushing the colon area of the putrefied waste, which could very well be the dead parasites and toxins they've released or just impacted waste that is now moving out. I would say that continuing with your diet will eventually have you to where there is no foulness to the movements. Putrefied and impacted material does take time to dislodge. That is why when doing an enema you know you've really gotten to the rot with a high enema, that is; one where the ascending colon has been filled, and the later movements produce a very foul odor. Just recently I did another set of high enemas to see how my colon has been doing. It did take me a bit of doing to get to where I could take in and hold two full bags because of impacted matter, but once that was cleared I did this size of fill twice and endured a couple of peristaltic actions to scrub the walls as best I could imagine. I was a bit disappointed in that usually when I do this much of a flush I can usually get the liver to flush too. Although the liver didn't dump this time my final movements had very little odor. So, I would have to say this was actually a successful cleanse, which just shows that the diet I've been doing is working for me. DaleDa_@... bowel trouble Hi!In the last couple of days I have runny, fool smelling stool + lots of gas. No idea what it could be. I don't believe it is parasites, since last week I finished a 6 days intensive parasite cleansing with Dr. Huldas herbs. Couple of months ago I did a 14 day "Arise & Shine" colon cleanse. Diet is simple -- fruits, steamed vegetables. No meat, no dairy. Some help?Subscription email: bowel cleanse-subscribeegroups
