Hello Lori,

below is a list of foods that are beneficial for a blood type A. It's a summarized info from the book called "Eat Right For Your Type" by D' Adamo, N.d.

Meats and Poultry: NONE Neutral(organic) is Chicken, Cornish Hens, Turdey

Seafoods: 1-4 X a week 4-6 oz. Carp, Grouper, sardine, Red Snapper, Whitefish, Pickerel, Silver Perch, Mackerel, sea Trout, Cod, Salmon, Snail, Yellow Perch, Rainbow Trout, Monkfish

Dairy: Boat Cheese, Goat Milk, Ricotta, lowfat, kefir Neutral: String cheese, Sou Cheese, Feta, Soy Milk Mozzarella, loxfat Yogurt

Eggs: 1-3 X week (organic)

Oils/Fats: Flaxseed Oil, Olive Oil

Nuts/Seeds Pumkin seeds Neutral: Almonds, Filberts, Macadamia, Pine, chestnuts, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Walnuts

Legumes/Beans: Aduke, Green Pinto, Lentils, Azuki, Red Soy, Black-eyed Peas, Black Tempeh, Tofu

Cereals: Amaranth, Buckwheat, Kasha

Breads/Muffins: Buckweat Kasha, Rice Flour, Rye Flour, Artichoke Pasta, Soba Noodles, Oat flour

Vegetables: Escarole, Parsley, Spinack, Romaine Lettice, Dandelion, Horseradish, Broccoli, Turnips, Parsnips, Beet Leaves, Swiss Chard, Jerusalem Artichoke, Kohlrabi, Alfalfa sprouts, Collard Greens, Onions, Pumpkin, Carrots, Garlic, Leek, OKra, Kale

Fruits: Apricots, Boysenberries, Grapefruit, Plums, Lemons, Blackberries, Prunes, Bluberries, Cherries, Cranberries, Pineapple, Raisins

Herbal Teas: Fenugreek, Alflfa, St. 's Wort, Ginseng, Burdock, Ginger, Aloe, Chamomile, Hawthorn, Valerian, Echinacea, Milk Thistle

Beverages: Green Tea, Red wine Rose Hips, Coffee-Organic, no pesticides, water process decaf
