As for supplements IMHO, it's best to get most most of your nutrients from food. The supplement issue is so muddled these days that I take the minimum. I always know when I'm eating optimally - it's my HAIR! It's thick, glossy and full. During times of my life that I was not feeling well (for example menopause - I had a godawful one) my hair was thin, limp and lifeless. Just like those lab rats with the shiny fur coats, my hair looks so healthy. Also I haven't had a cold in over 2 years - since about 3 months into CRON. So my body pretty much tells me all I need to know.
