Guest guest
I do eat yoghurt, but I dont really think it helps as I have always had some yoghurt. It was initially cranberrries that made the difference and then I read about blueberries on a site all about chronic UTI's, which are supposed to be better as they are less acidic. (Plus being a vitamin powerhouse!). I have read research about cranberries having a good effect on UTI's and even the labeling on Cranberry juice in Australia here mentions the positive medical research linking bladder infections and cranberries.I might have a punnet of blueberries for lunch or breakfast every few days. The blueberry season is finishing here I think though. If I feel a UTI coming on I get into them and the feeling goes away. I too used to have these frequently. SinceI've been on CR (three years in May), no problems. Do you also eat yogurt? Thanks for speaking up about this. I'm sure you've helped others as theseinfections are so common in women.on 4/9/2003 2:41 AM, R Mencel at rmencel@... wrote:> Hi everyone> I have been a lurker for a long time and couldnt help replying to this one.
