yoghurt vs milk

plain, organic yoghurt is FAR better than milk because it has no

If you look at the ingredients listed on most store bought yogurt there are more additives than standard milk. Yes, probiotics can have value, and fermentation reduces sugars which may be beneficial for lactose intolerant.

I have been getting my daily calcium requirement with homemade Kefir for several months now and prefer it over my old (store bought) yogurt habit.
