Guest guest
Do you know if there are advantages of yogurt over milk, other than Ca? I like to eat the least messed with food if possible. If you let 'em play in your food - they'll play in your food. Yogurt usually has stuff added. Compare yogurt to cottage cheese, for example. Those of us who include dairy calories primarily for calcium will be interested in this. Did anyone here ever come up with the calcium mgs. in KEFIR? The main thrust of that article seemed to be that Calcium /from/ coral was of no particular interest. There certainly seems to be scepticism about it from other quarters: ``I do not recommend coral calcium. I have seen no scientific research supporting any of the health claims made for it. Furthermore, these products may be contaminated with harmful heavy metals. I certainly wouldn't rely on coral calcium to treat cancer, diabetes or any other disease.'' http://www.drweil.com/app/cda/drw_cda.html-command=TodayQA- pt=Question-questionId=73935# http://www.healthwatcher.net/Quackerywatch/Coral-Calcium/ ....has an index of other similar resources.
