Guest guest
It makes me a little nervous when I'm at the market and Salmon is cheaper than catfish. They farm catfish but not salmon here in Mississippi. Farmed salmon is probably still better for you than a big Mac and fries, but many (most?) modern industrial food processes are at odds with good nutritional practices. At some point with increasing awareness of the value of good nutrition, market forces will provide solutions, but we have a long way to go before that awareness reaches critical mass.
