Hue; chocolate and/or cocoa has caffeine in it. Are you sensitive to

caffeine?

Yes- enuff that i can get a buzz from the 3% left

in decaf.

But- when i felt bad from this cocoa drink, i felt

very nauseous, had to lie down, and had no

trouble sleeping, in fact being unconsious was

blessed relief. So not a caffeine reaction. Must

be a strange allergy or something. Oh well, live

and learn. Anyway, i am finding i really don't

need appetite suppressant-type things.

While everyone tends to dwell on caffeine, it's the tyramines in aged or fermented foods that causes grief. Causes severe migraines in some people, eg, and that can cause nausea and other things. I notice they are just beginning to test cheeses for tyramine content.

Regards.
