Tom s ( Wakfer) from morelife.org

says that he has stopped taking it because he found enough evidence for the

harm it causes (I remember something about disabling some liver enzymes for

several hours). I could not find on his site the studies, but if Tom/ stops

taking something… it’s a red flag.

That’s why I reduced my LEF curcumin

consumption to twice a week.

bioperine?

Hi all,

Bioperine is an extract from the fruits of black

pepper. It is said

that co-administration of bioperine increases the

bioavailability of

various nutrients. (www.bioperine.com)

I figured that this might be a helpfull aid in the

optimal nutrition

part of CRON. It's just a thought though. Does

anyone know more about

this, possible objections to using bioperine

maybe? Maybe it's a

valuable ingredient for soups, smoothies or

whatever...

Ciao,

.
