Some of this is related to the Okinawa diet issues, but he says his anti-aging food pyramid is based on the Mediterranean diet. The Dr. Lam whose site this is, also has a book he is selling (via Amazon) but there is an amazing quantity of information on the website itself. Interesting ideal weight formulas: For women: 100 pounds + 5 pounds for each inch of height over 5 feet. For men: 106 pounds + 6 pounds for each inch of height over 5 feet.
