I came across

which has various links from it which offer Dr. Lam's take on CR and

various other health issues. Some of this is related to the Okinawa

diet issues, but he says his anti-aging food pyramid is based on the

Mediterranean diet.

The Dr. Lam whose site this is, also has a book he is selling (via

Amazon) but there is an amazing quantity of information on the

website itself.

Interesting ideal weight formulas:

For women: 100 pounds + 5 pounds for each inch of height over 5 feet.

For men: 106 pounds + 6 pounds for each inch of height over 5 feet.

Anti-aging weight is given as 5-10% below the weight calculated above.
