Thanks Tom, I too found the KIM program to be real screwy, but after I fooled with it for awhile, I did get some pretty interesting data from it. I remember being astounded by how much Omega 6 I was getting from my diet.

Thanks, too for Greg's website. I went there and read his stuff about enhacing growth hormone with a morning dose of arginine pyroglutamate and lysine, with L-Glutamine (and a bunch of other herbs and potions.) While the notion of naturally increasing growth hormone production is very appetizing to me, I've got warning bells going off my head about Greg's supplement regime. This is no offense to Greg--nice guy--I just wonder what others on the support list might know about the validity of his growth-hormone enhancement claims. Has anyone tried his supplement regimen? Here's the website again, if anybody is curious: http://optimalhealth.cia.com.au/

I remember looking at this when Greg was active on this list, and the

publication which he cites

(http://optimalhealth.cia.com.au/growthc.html) is pretty convincing.

This was done on human subjects - not lab rats. You pretty much have

to decide if increasing HGH is what you want to do. Also, for those

subject to herpes virus, the arginine/lysine ratio is important, and

if it's too high, the virus is likely to be triggered. You'd

probably have to supplement with more lysine taken at a different

time of day.
