I just got Dr Walford's Diet Planner and have found it so easy to use that what I had anticipated as a chore turned into something innovative and exploratory. Even with a BMI of 19 plus, people think I'm sick and it isn't long before I start believing it too. So, three cheers for the DWIDP.
