I've recently tried several of the "calorie free, fat free, sugar free"salad dressings, dips, BBQ sauces, and chocolate and pancake syrups fromWalden Farms. My favorites are the BBQ sauces and Caesar or Bacon Ranchdressing over steamed vegetables. The chocolate syrup is pretty good(compared to Sweet'N Low choc syrup, sugar free 20 cal per 2 tsp serving) Ijust reordered these plus some others to try. These "zero calorie" productsactually contain about 3 calories per serving or 35 calories per jar.(TheFDA lets them round down to 0) http://www.waldenfarms.com/I don't use "regular" dressings on my daily large salad very often because Ilike a "sweet salad" too much. This is a mixture of Romaine and Red leaflettuce, mixed chopped vegetables, mixed fruits and berries and nuts. I topit with unsweetened Kool Aid and Sucralose powders and mix well. Before Iobtained sucralose, I used Crystal Light powdered drink mix. IMO the best isStrawberry-Orange-Banana. The Crystal Light has 40 cal/tub (flavors 64 ozwater) while Kool Aid/Sucralose is near zero. Here are the details for a typical day:Food List : LunchOct02.flsNum.
