Guest guest
Hi All, There may be those to whom CR has become addicting. There are so many more out there who have anorexia and bulimia nervosa than among us CRONies. They likely started to lose a few pounds only. An exercise fanatic often started because their couch potato life was viewed unhealthy. They were not first motivated to run marathons when they started. When kids light up their first cigarette, do they think that it would be terrific to smoke 50 cigarettes a day for the rest of their lives? At the extreme of my CR regime, I found it exciting to be living on the edge. There may be a cliff. Cheers, Al.
