Super Bowel Cleanse at HEB - from

A number of readers have asked me about the Super Bowel Cleanse I get at HEB

for less than ten bucks. It contains Psyllium husk, Fennel Seed, Pepperming,

Papaya, Cascara Sagrada, Rose Hips, Buckthorn Bark, Oregon Grape Root,

Celery, and Acidophilus.

I mentioned that it has performed as more than a laxative for me, as

evidenced by ropies, mucous, etc. (I am also doing colonics and drinking
