Lynn: as we have discussed offlist the information about CRON has already

been published by Roy in several books. He also gives plenty of recipes in

his books as a free bonus. IMHO, it's presumptuous to assume that you'll do

Roy one better. But if you have CRONIES, who agree with you, use their

recipes, not mine.

While you're investigating " if it's the right project for you " , be aware

that I've contributed (up to this point) probably over 60%, if not more (I

haven't counted but am estimating) of the recipes in our files.

There are tons of crockpot recipes on the net...I wouldn't waste money on a

cookbook when you can just do a search on the net for free!

Does anyone know of a slow cooker (crockpot-type) cookbook that is NOT all

pastas and starchy casserole-type stuff? One with recipes that would

actually fit into a NT/low carb way of cooking. Thanks!
