Not all the online exercise logs are worth your time, though. (the reporter)

canvassed two dozen sites to find the

ones you might want to bookmark. I favored sites that

are free and speedy to use and that don't

direct spam to your e-mail account. And I avoided

sites hawking products with sketchy health

claims. What's more, I gave bonus points to any site

that let me download my records and print

them out in case the operation disappears, a fate that

has already befallen a few training-log sites,

such as asimba.com.
