When I used to take peanuts, I did also and preferred the taste, Actually. Al. Skin Is In You'll get more nutrition from your almonds if you choose ones with the skins on. Although all almond varieties are an excellent source of heart-healthy unsaturated fat, almonds with their brown skins on may offer more health benefits than blanched almonds.
