Guest guest
If the object of CRON is a healthy, long life, and each individual has some optimum level of CRON for achieving this aim, then, given the inevitable exposure to infectious disease, being at the edge or beyond is clearly not optimum nutrition. One might say that it is malnutrition if the ability to survive disease is compromised. Therefore, the concept of obsessive/extreme CRON is self-contradictory if it puts a person at greater risk of disease and, possibly, death. An essential question is: what is an individual's optimum nutrition in a world where self-quarantine is not really an option? This question is extremely complex and multi-factorial. Thus, there is still guesswork related to CRON. Regards, Thin Man
