Guest guest
, we've asked but have been unable to find out how the woman is doing who had the stomach surgery. I'd like to know too. Bob was given the option of having that surgery, and has commented MANY times that he's glad he declined it. He feels that he has grown as a person by having taken the harder road, and feels he is a happier and stronger person as a result. An interesting footnote: He says that having the surgery would have been drastically LESS EXPENSIVE in the long haul. He went to a both dietician and a psychiatrist once a week for two years, and paid me as well for training him 5 days a week. I finally "fired" him when I chose to retire, and now workout with him as a friend, but he still sees the dietician and the psychiatrist once a month. We like to call his weight loss program the "Jurassic Park Method," as in "spare no expense." He has maintained a 155 pound weight loss.
