Mike: my husband joined Weight Watchers a few weeks ago. He needs to be

able to report (live) to a group every week to keep on the straight and

narrow afa losing weight. Too bad we CRONIES are spread out all over the

CUS, Canada, Europe and S America. Too impractical for weekly meetings!!

However the weekly " chat " is always ready to be resurrected. And there's

plenty of inspirational/motivational stuff in our files. It's always there

for you and everyone to take to take advantage of. Just go to our home

page: / click on " files " in the

left hand margin. Then click on the file you want to read.
