Guest guest
I thought "as much as you want" was AD LIB. I get the essentials form 1800 kcals. Adding a piece of pound cake doesn't change that. Skinny people can have heart trouble because they oxidize fat in their arteries. I have a son that eats 5000-6000 kcals per day = 155# 6ft. He doesn't work THAT hard. Not all food you eat is absorbed. If you don't eat properly, your "protection"from beneficial nutrition isn't there. I know skinny people who have hearttrouble. True, that's only anecdotal evidence, but I can't help but comeback to Walford's: i.e. that even if you eat AS MUCH AS YOU WANT, but eathealthily, you will still be much healthier than on an ad lib diet.on 2/8/2003 1:32 PM, somejoanne2002 <bhsnz@...> atbhsnz@... wrote:> Nonsense. Guest guest
Sorry. What I meant was " eat as much as you want of CRONIE type food (veggies, fruits, low fat protein, whole grains, some " good " fat) on 2/8/2003 3:40 PM, jwwright at jwwright@... wrote: > I thought " as much as you want " was AD LIB.
