One could have a low body fat percentage merely by what I would term excessive exercise (or in some cases by genetics). Who doesn't in fact know people who eat more than one would ever dream of eating and yet burn it all off with several hours of exercise every day. So that raises the question is this lifestyle preferable from a longevity and disease prevention standpoint to moderate exercise and CR? And what about the ob-ob mice who are still kind of chubby and yet gain lifespan extension from CR?
