cookbook - another format

We now have the recipes section of the files in a more usable format thanks

to Doug Younkin.

Ake Brannstrom, has suggested another format, which would look like more of

a real " cookbook " . This is the format suggested:

Ake has also suggested that we " license " the recipes such as the with the

GNU Free Documentation License. You can read about that particular license

here:

The aim is provide the group with good recipes for low-caloric cooking. The

free-license seems to be excellent, since it allows everyone the right to

use the material under the requirement that it remains free. However

comments about this are welcome.

We need volunteers, suggestions from the group, ideas or whatever comments

people would like to make about any facets of this project.
