deprivation?

First of all, I am not having any trouble staying on track. CRON is

like a lifeline to me. It keeps order in my life.

Now on to Suz. I think your tolerance to everything falls off as the

day wears on. You need to stop depriving yourself during the day and

I mean not food deprivation but spiritual.Pay more attention to your

needs and less to others. They can take care of themselves. This way

you will not be so zapped and needy at the end of the day and

therefore break the cycle and need to " fill up " Sound reasonable?
