I'm not surprised. It's difficult (not impossible but difficult) to get the

ON part right if you're vegan. Protein is so important as is fatty fish and

omega 3's. I'm be interested in how the vegans and vegetarians in the group

manage to get all these essential nutrients (nuts?, supplements?)
