Guest guest
I received this from another list I'm on which has absolutely nothing to do with food, CR or diet; but basically he could be one of us............ " happy new year!! lets start it right!! " SkinnyKenny Diet 1.. at 7:30 I eat a bowl of whole oats, slow cook kind and I use splenda artificial sugar. As much as you want to eat. I also take a multi-vitamin pack that can be bought at Costco cheaply. I buy my whole oats at the health food store for under a dollar per pound. 2.. At 10 am I drink a V-8, eat some carrots drink some carbonated healthy water. Drink as much water as you can up to 8 glasses per day. Force yourself 3.. Anytime I feel hungry I snack on smoked ,salted almonds or whole almonds and fresh berries (usually blue berries because they last longer than any others) 4.. At noon I eat a helping of meat (protein) and apple and a cup of cottage cheese. 5.. At 2:00 pm I will drink another V-8 or eat any vegetable I like including a soy based corn, or squash soup I get in the health section in the cooler at Safeway, most stores have it. 6.. At 5:00 pm I will have a serving of any meat I like with a large salad (as much as you like) with as many veggies as I can think of. For a Salad dressing I like the fat free Italian Caeser dressing made by Kraft. 7.. At 7:30 pm I eat a Carb bar made by " Carb Solutions " You can buy them in the vitamin section of Kmart or WalMart... 8.. I will also pop me some popcorn light and share with my wife for a little snack 3 or 4 times a week. I try to ride my bicycle about 3 miles twice per day but don¹t always have the time. The most wonderful thing that I have found is the fact that after about 1 to 2 months of eating like this I lost all craving. I have tried every diet imaginable and I always looked forward to the point at which I could begin to eat my favorite foods again (of course in moderation, ha ha) but this really has become my basic eating habit now and I seldom vary. I also fudge and eat frozen yogurt, a hamburger, etc anytime I like and as long as my basic diet stays the same it does not affect me in the least. I also have complete control over what I eat and usually pick the most heathiest foods. At first the diet will be boring but that is really the point. The diet gives you complete objecting control over what goes in your mouth. Its also very easy to pack lunches or take your food with you. I have a small cold food carrier that I can load up with my essentials. If I don¹t want to carry my own food I will eat a hamburger with no mayonnaise and no fries. As long as I return to my basic diet I have no weight gain problems. Shopping List: Whole Oats 5 lbs Carbonated Water Flavored (I buy them by the case at Costco) Multiple Vitamin Packs (buy them at Costco) Spectra Artificial Sugar ( I buy about 3 boxes, no packets too small and hard to use) Fresh Berries and whole almonds (I buy the large smoked, salted almonds at Costco) V-8 Juice (I like Snap-E-Tom or spicey V8) Fish Filets ( I buy catfish filets at Costco and fry them in spray olive oil in a covered skillet, takes 5 minutes) Chicken Filets , Tri-Tips, Steaks, Turkey (Try to buy some spices that are meant for your meat at any store.. spices really help make the meat special) Apples (I buy a box and try to keep them cool in my garage) Cottage Cheese (I buy lowfat large size at Costco) Raw Carrotts ( l like the little mini bite size) Lettuce (Try to buy the darkest types as they have the most vitamins, romaine, etc) ice berg is fine too Baby Spinach ( add this to your salad for a nice vitamin boost) Any veggies you like on a salad.. I use onions, bell peppers, squash, celery, olives (I buy in the 8 pack at Costco), Tomatoes, etc. I will cut up my veggies and put them in small tupper ware sealed containers so it makes my salads fast and easy to do. Carb Solution Bars - You can buy them at WalMart or Kmart or Costco.. I like the peanut butter the best and I keep them in the freezer, I like them frozen.
