Guest guest
Hi Jana, That is an excellent idea Jana. I should do that also. But I don't know the answer to your questions! Dr. says even organic flour has asbestos particles in it. So it is safest to grind your own. The only brand of flour that was free of asbestos was Gold Medal All Purpose, and when you go to that kind after organic flour, it's just flat tasting.... If you can, rinse the grains in vitamin c water before you use them to kill molds, plus vitamin B2 powder for benzene. (water with vitamin c powder added with a pinch of B2. You can get a pound of vitamin c at http.www.shrc.net for $17.95 and it's moderately safer than other vitamin c powders that contain heavy metals from processing). (The B2 can be bought in bulk too from there). Dr. has found even flax seeds to contain benzene. From pesticides. I know this is more than you asked for!!! d:-) --- VIKTOR <viktor@...> wrote: > Hello , > I was thinking of getting my own fresh flour from > the mill.
