Guest guest
I have tried in the past (several times) to do enemas, but I can't retain even 1 cc of liquid. Any suggestions? Deb

Any suggestions? Temperature is usually the biggest factor with inability to retain ANy liquid (1CC is VERY little)... You should be using body temp water - but definitely not cold, as the bowels will immediately reject it... If the water isn't cold, then it may be a mental thing... try EFT (emotional freedom technique)... www.emofree.com
