: while your complete dedication to healthy food is commendable, it

would be difficult for the average person and probably even the average

CRONIE. My motto is: Any CRON, is better than none. I commend any changes

for the better to one's diet and any lowering of calories and I would hate

to discourage anyone who finds your strict regimen too difficult. In fact

there is precedent that it may be detrimental to MENTAL health to overdo and

emphasize one's " raison d'etre " entirely on food and diet.

well, refrigeration and freezing is technology, and that's a different

story. i was referring to food. of course, freezing is always a

compromise, but i'm certainly not going to be able to make a fresh soup

everyday! there's very little that requires refrigeration, but it's a

compromise i'm pretty happy about. antibiotics are certainly more of a

threat to health than an aid. traditional diets were rich in probiotics.

Antibiotics more of a threat LOL. You do not live in the real world.

antibiotics kill the bad bacteria AND the good bacteria, the latter of

which are the basis of good digestion, immunity, and health. kill your

little friends at your own risk.

The good bacteria get replaced easily. One could argue the bacteria eat the remains of what's not digested and absorbed by the system. With a "perfect" CR diet, the bacteria would die off with no nutrients. There are those that think some of the bacteria degraded food is absorbed in the colon, but we don't need that, especially we don't need the toxins made by the bacteria.

Regards.

It is one thing to say that antibiotics are over perscriped i.e. virus, this

is true. It is another to day they do more harm than good this is absurd.

Couldn't agree more. At some point you have to be realistic, after all.
