Guest guest
Can someone tell me the amount of guar say per cup of liquid? Only add the guar when you are happywith the taste. BTW for optimum flavor, make it slightly sweeter andslightly more flavorful that you think it needs to be, as adding the guarwill slightly dull the final taste. It's a fun experiment.on 7/11/2003 1:05 PM, at e1ectr0gr1@... wrote:>> was left with very cold water. Guest guest
I use about a TBS per TWO cups of liquid but again you have to experiment. More guar means a thicker pudding, less a thinner. It's all about your preference. I believe we give amounts in the recipes in the recipe file for guar puddings. Just go to the home page at: / and click on " files " in the left hand margin, and then click on the recipe file. All the files are worthwhile reading as are our " links " (also accessible from the left hand margin of the home page). on 7/11/2003 1:20 PM, Carole at Carole11@... wrote: > Can someone tell me the amount of guar say per cup of liquid?
