Carol: Thanks for this great summary of what water can do for us. For

those that don't like plain water, see Warren 's Fruit Punch recipe

in our " drinks " file. I make lemonade/limade in the summer with fresh

lemons/limes (or use bottled juice) with sucralose for a refreshing drink.

Too much of bought/bottled or even your own squeezed undiluted fruit juice

is of course very high in calories.
