Hi All,

Just in case some of you were not familiar with some sites for glycemic

index and glycemic load, I include the below. I found them searching for

Greg who used to grace the list posts frequently with such items.

Popcorn, it seems, does not fare very poorly.

computer, especially interesting is his Interactive Glycemic Load Excel

Spreadsheet. His data appears to be from the same source as my page at

http://members.lycos.co.uk/ramendosa/gilists.htm , except unlike everyone

else he doesn't divide the glycemic load by 100.
