Guest guest
I wonder though. Don't we all know people who were lean and died young? (Admittedly, anecdotal evidence, not very scientific). One wonders if it's the QUALITY of the food, and not the leaness (or perhaps both). Garbage in, garbage out. on 5/22/2003 4:16 PM, Kyberneticist at kyberneticist@... wrote: > http://www.newscientist.com/news/news.jsp?id=ns99993303 > If this is true, good news for me, as a new and young > CRONer > > I can just focus on eating a variety of healthy foods. Guest guest
Yes and the Okinawans are not especially skinny. They're short in stature but don't look like concentration camp survivors by any means. They have flesh on them and have a healthy, not a hungry look. on 5/23/2003 11:55 AM, thin_man02 at thin_man02@... wrote: > First, we know that there are fat centenarians, so fat isn't necessarily > inconsistent with long life for some people (although they might be extreme > exceptions).
