Guest guest Posted May 6, 2003 Report Share Posted May 6, 2003 Do you weight-lifting veterans of CRON feel that it would be possible to do a CRON lacto-ovo vegetarian diet and still have a) the energy to work out; and enough high-quality protein to build and maintain lean mass? What about a vegan diet? I've been doing a version of the Zone for a long time, and continuing to work out with weights. But I'm thinking of going back to my former vegetarian ways.
