Bruce: your choice of words made me wince! Let's not call it " partial

starvation " . Better to call it CRON or some other " positive " name. The

more moderate among us don't see it as partial starvation, but rather as

eating in a more healthy manner such as the way the Okinawans eat. (See our

" links " page for the Okinawan studies) . They eat til 3/4 full

(accentuating the positive).

Hello Francesca and CR ALL:

I would agree that the word " starvation " is to be avoided

at all costs. We are not freaks and fanatics. If we use

words like that ... then we will attract people like that ...
