What does ON mean to you?

The CR part of CRON seems fairly straightforward but I'm curious of

how you guys personally make ON part of your daily diets.

To me it's something like this:

8-10 servings of veggies

2-8 servings of fruit (usually 2-5 unless I'm very hungry)

..75g of protein per lb of BW (quality protein, so it's more like 1g/lb)

Source of omega 3

A small handful of nuts on most days

Variety of foods

1-2 servings of soy or low fat dairy

LOTS of fish

Lean meat, occasional fattier meat

Small, consistent amouts of avocadoes, olive and canola oil

Try to get spices, green tea, garlic or other healthy additions in.

Enough water to stay hydrated (not excessive).

Some whole grains (0-5 servings)

Minimize junk, extreme frying, excessive saturated fat.

One thing I'm puzzled about: should I conciously strive to eat a

certain amount of vegetables daily? Let's say one day I realize I've

only had 5 servings of vegetables, should I conciously eat more or

would that be counterproductive?
