citrus, pea pods, hard cheese (we can't eat it anyway) chocolate, coffee, light

can aggravate the situation, and so can not enough fluid (water).

I forgot to mention that the food headaches can occur as much as 24 hours after

consumption.

The information below is years old. I recently heard an article on the radio

about migraines that interviewed a migraine doctor who puts people with

migraines on a migraine diet that eliminates many more things than just these,

and who said the reactions may not show up for 3 days. I think I heard it on NPR

so you might be able to look it up.
