I'm confused about exactly how many kcal I should consume each day.

According to my calculations my BMR is around 1380 at the moment, at

my goal weight it will be around 1300 kcal. Am I suposed to reduce

my intake to 75% of that or ...? Most of the diet plans I find

suggest anywhere from a 1200-1800 kcal diet. That doesn't seem like

much of a change to me, but I'm afraid of eating too little...

Any advice at all would be absolutely wonderful!
