How do you take creatine and when? I am getting

conflicting info on this. 5 grams with liquid

carbs, but not citrus? How many carbs to a dose?

One hour before working

out? Or is it after working out, in my protein

drink? Full dose on workout days, and half dose

other days? Or full dose every day?
